Terms & Conditions

    1. Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store.

    2. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "Checkout".

    3. Follow the instructions by providing us with  delivery information.

    4. Postage charges will automatically be calculated once you are ready complete your order in the checkout page.

    5. Currently we only accept bank transfer as the methode of payment.

    6. Your order will be processed maximum of 3 working days after we receive your payment.

    7. We currently partnership with several couriers services such as JNE, SiCepat, Ninja Xpress, and Lion Parcel.

    8. Once your orders has been processed, you will receive a tracking number. It can be tracked in Delivery Status.

    9. Purchases for CARTON packaging cannot be mixed with other colors or other products.

  10. After getting confirmation of stock avaibility, Purchases and Payments made on Saturday and Sunday, order delivery will be made on next Monday.

  11. Our support team is always happy to guide you at any step !

    1. We do everything within our power to be fair, honest, and transparent about our policies.

    2. Our refund policy is no exception.

    3. In the unlikely even if you received a product that was damaged, please do notify us within 1 day upon receipt of the product.

    4. Our support team will get in touch with you upon receiving your notification of damage goods received.

    5. If you received a wrong product from us, we are happy to get it replaced.

    6. Please ensure that the product is unused and all tags and packaging intact.

    7. Should the replacement product is not in stock, we will offer the customer to choose a different product from our stock with the same value or more.
